Can I try the tools for free?

Yes — try every tool free in the browser, no account. Free use is limited (daily limits, a generic library). A licence unlocks full, unlimited use plus the service layer: per-instructor usage logging and coaching so you can evidence competency over time, a scenario library personalised and localised to your service, and named support with service-level reporting.

Is the £2,250 pilot refundable if it doesn't suit us?

If you decide not to progress to an annual licence, 50% of the pilot fee (£1,125) is refundable on request within the 90-day pilot period. If you do continue to an annual licence, the full £2,250 is credited against your first invoice.

What sits behind the annual "from" price?

Annual pricing is banded by service size (whole-time equivalent instructor count), not seat-counted, so you don't have to reconcile licences every time an instructor rotates. Small services start at £2,950; mid and large services quote on request.

Can we run the toolkit on our own network?

Yes. On-premise installation is supported, with a one-off provisioning fee. We provide a Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001 evidence pack for your ICT review.

Does the price include training for our instructors?

The pilot includes a 90-minute remote onboarding plus one live exercise support session. Annual licences include quarterly release briefings and a named support contact. Bespoke in-person training is available as an add-on.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Your exercise data, scenarios and reports export in standard formats (PDF, XLSX, HTML) at any time. On cancellation, we delete all service data within 30 days and provide a deletion certificate for your records.

We're a brigade group / consortium. Can we co-licence?

Yes — group licences for two or more services are quoted on request with a meaningful discount on the combined list price. We've structured arrangements around lead-authority procurement before.
