Annual pricing is banded by service size (whole-time equivalent instructor count), not seat-counted, so you don't have to reconcile licences every time an instructor rotates. Small services start at £3,800; mid and large services quote on request.
Yes. On-premise and offline-laptop installations are both supported, with a one-off provisioning fee. We provide a Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001 evidence pack for your ICT review.
The pilot includes a 90-minute remote onboarding plus one live exercise support session. Annual licences include quarterly release briefings and a named support contact. Bespoke in-person training is available as an add-on.
Your exercise data, scenarios and reports export in standard formats (PDF, XLSX, HTML) at any time. On cancellation, we delete all service data within 30 days and provide a deletion certificate for your records.
