Is there a minimum contract length?
The Pilot Licence is 90 days. The Annual Licence is 12 months, renewable each year.
Can we trial before committing to an annual licence?
Yes — the Pilot Licence is designed for exactly this. It gives you access to all four tools for a real cohort so you can build an internal business case.
Is the XVR Scenario Viewer really free?
Yes, completely. Upload any .xscn file, inspect the full structure, and export to Excel — no account, no licence, no cost.
Can it be installed on our own network?
Yes — on-premise installation is available as an add-on. We handle the setup and configuration, and your ICT team retains full control of the environment.
